Tekru plans are designed for structured SMEs that already operate production platforms or digital tools and want to secure, evolve or manage their technical environment over time.
- Do the plans require a commitment?
Yes. All plans are based on an annual commitment to ensure continuity, planning and quality of support.
- Can we change plans during the year?
An upgrade to a higher plan is possible during the commitment period via an addendum. Downgrades are reviewed at renewal.
Hours and custom development:
- How are the included hours used?
Hours are used for maintenance, support and, depending on the plan, custom development. A minimum number of hours is always reserved for maintenance to ensure stability.
- Is custom development included?
Yes, depending on the selected plan. Custom development is framed, deducted from the monthly hour credit and subject to prior approval beyond a defined threshold.
- What happens if the monthly hour credit is exceeded?
Any work exceeding the included hours requires an estimate and written approval. Additional hours may be billed or rescheduled depending on the plan.
Support, SLAs and governance:
- What are the service commitments (SLAs)?
SLAs are defined by plan and by level of criticality. They cover response times and apply during the contractual support hours.
- How are requests prioritized?
All requests are centralized through a ticketing system and prioritized based on impact, urgency and the selected plan, with shared visibility.
- What does ongoing follow-up look like?
Depending on the plan, follow-up includes regular reporting, governance meetings and, for advanced levels, continuous strategic support.
